We would like to inform you that the terms and conditions are changing with effect from 1.7.2025.
 
 
Warranty repairs
 
Devices for warranty repair can only be sent after prior written agreement to the e-mail address:
 
 
In order for us to ensure receipt of the shipment, the following procedure must be followed:
 
Terms of acceptance of devices for warranty repair:
 
  • Contact us in advance by e-mail and wait for approval of the shipment.
  • Shipments sent without prior agreement will not be accepted.
  • The shipment must be accompanied by a precise and specific description of the defect (only the specified defects will be checked)
 
Note:
 
If the warranty is not recognized as justified, you will be charged for the costs associated with:
 
  • Diagnostics of the defect (disassembly, testing, cleaning)
  • Reassembly of the device
  • Transportation costs
  • Thank you for your understanding and trust so far
